Welcome to my page!  My name is Kristie Marcum!  This is my 27th year employed for the Powell County School System. I have been the counselor at PCHS since 2012.  I previously served as counselor at PCMS from 1992-2011 before I transferred to the high school.  I received my Bachelor's degree from the University of Kentucky and my Masters and Rank I from Eastern Kentucky University.  If you have any questions concerning your child's progress, schedule, scholarships or any other aspects of their education, please feel free to contact me at 606-663-3320.

 SCHOLARSHIPS

 

The Kentucky Federation of Replubican Women Scholarship is due on April 1st, 2019.

The AMVETS Ladies Auxiliary Scholarship is now available in the counseling office.  It must be post-marked by April 5th, 2019. 

All local scholarships will be given out before Spring Break and will be due on April 23rd.  Students signed up today, March 26th, to receive the scholarships of their choice.

PROM

Prom will be Saturday, May 4th , 2019  beginning at 8:00 pm until midnight at PCHS.  A guest request is required for all NON PCHS students.

 

JUNIOR ACT Test

All Juniors will be taking the ACT on Tuesday, March 12th, 2019.

ACT Saturday Dates:

April 13th, 2019

June 8th, 2019

July 15th, 2019
